James Jones is the owner of Mac Home Services and brings 20 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing, heating and cooling. His credentials include an EPA Section 608 certification, NATE certification, a journeyman plumbing license and a master plumbing license.

After two decades in the field, James built Mac Home Services around technical precision, dependable workmanship and long-term relationships. He chose an independent owner-operator model rather than a high-volume corporate approach, which allows him to stay closely involved in both the work and the customer experience.

James has spent his career working directly with residential plumbing and HVAC systems. That experience shapes how he approaches problems, explains options and helps homeowners understand what is happening in their homes.

His background spans heating and cooling equipment, plumbing systems and energy-efficient home comfort solutions. More importantly, it gives him the practical perspective to separate a straightforward repair from a problem that calls for a more involved solution.

Outside of Mac Home Services, James is a husband and father of three energetic kids: two boys and a girl. He and his wife have been together for 18 years, and family life is where most of his time goes when he is not in the field or at the office.

You might find him throwing a football with his oldest son, a sports fanatic who is every bit as competitive as his dad. His middle son shares his sweet tooth, so the two are frequent visitors to the local ice cream shop. When his wife and youngest daughter take over the plans, James is usually pulled into dress-up and giving his best Spice Girls performance.
