I can’t recommend this company enough. They have gone above and beyond what I expected. I called them stressed and in a panic late one night and they showed up and fixed my issue in no time and then came back several days later to check on things, clean our AC unit and make sure everything was working properly. We had a great experience with the Mac Home Services team. They were able to come out to replace a part on our water heater in a timely manner and at an appropriate and reasonable cost. They even pointed out that the other company that performed the installation of our water heater several years ago may have missed installing a specific part that was supposed to be present and was not. Within 10 minutes they had tracked down the correct part from another one of their service vans and everything was installed quickly and correctly. There was no additional charge on top of the original quote for that extra part. Overall, a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Mac Home Services again!
